Application: eRupee Trading (“App”)
1. Use of the App
The App is provided for informational and transactional purposes. You agree to use it only in compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and any activity occurring under your account.
2. Eligibility
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements under the laws of India.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to register an account, complete verification, or provide identification details. The Company reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
4. Virtual Balances and Rewards
The App may display virtual balances, tokens, or rewards that are used for internal accounting or promotional purposes. These do not represent legal tender or digital currency and cannot be redeemed except as explicitly permitted by the Company.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate or reference third-party services (such as payment providers or verification systems). The Company is not responsible for any issues, delays, or losses arising from such third-party interactions.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
7. Data and Privacy
Personal data collected through the App will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such data collection and processing.
8. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the App or your account at any time without prior notice for any reason, including suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
